By using LeaseExit, you agree that the product provides educational planning information for residential lease exit decisions. LeaseExit is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Paid products

The LeaseExit Brief is $14.99, the Full Exit Pack is $29, and Pro is $19 per month. Prices are enforced by the server and checkout is processed through Stripe.

Accuracy

Briefs are based on submitted facts, general state concepts, and common lease-break considerations. You are responsible for reviewing your lease and consulting a licensed attorney where legal advice is needed.

Refunds

Because digital briefs can be generated immediately after payment, refund requests are reviewed case by case for failed delivery, duplicate purchase, or clear technical error.

Acceptable use

You may not use LeaseExit to harass landlords, submit false information, automate abusive requests, or resell generated output as legal services.
